Why Rhenium
Integration is the hard part. It is also what we do.
- Everything is built in house. We wrote the POS, the middleware and the connectors. When something breaks, we are reading our own code, not filing a ticket with a vendor.
- Five authorities, one team. A business trading in Kigali and Nairobi deals with one partner, not two projects.
- We came from payments. Our earlier work was gateways, ISO 8583 bridges and EMV terminals — systems where a dropped message is a lost transaction. Fiscal integration is the same discipline.
- We are on the ground. Local presence in the markets we serve, working in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
